About All Accounts

Purchase Accounts

Single-Use accounts are best for taking a single, point-in-time "snapshot" of a given patient or client. Single-Use accounts include Cognitive Complaint Surveys for one Client and up to 12 Client Observers.

This Single-Use snapshot will allow you to identify three aspects about any given client:

1. Cognitive Deficits are identified in any of the nine categories of behavior tested for (Executive Functioning, Memory, Learning, Attention, Processing, Hyperactivity, Vigilance, Social Skills and Expression) based upon a combination of both client and observer responses to questions within the Cognitive Complaint Survey.

2. Lack of Awareness (anosognosia) into any given deficit is identified by comparing differences between client responses and observer responses for each question within the survey. Where client responses differ significantly from observer responses, lack-of-insight becomes apparent.

3. Deficit with Awareness is apparent when a deficit has been identified and the combined client/observer responses are in agreement.

We recommend purchasing Single-Use accounts for individual clients—for whom you only need one "snapshot" dataset of client and observer surveys...and you will NOT be performing follow-up assessments for this particular client or patient.

Single-Use accounts can be upgraded to Multiple-Use accounts at any time!

Single-Use accounts are an affordable and efficient tool for discriminating persons with traumatic brain injury from other patient groups, while identifying specific areas of cognitive deficit from the behavioral symptoms survey.

Multiple-Use accounts are designed for long-term evaluations and treatment planning by the Clinician of a given patient or client.

Multiple-Use accounts provide ALL of the benefits of a Single-Use account—including the initial "snapshot" dataset that identifies Cognitive Deficits, Lack of Awareness, and Deficit with Awareness. However, Multiple-Use accounts go on to provide these additional benefits:

4. Clinician Decision Support. The ADAMS Profile system provides a collection of practical therapy options for helping the Clinician decide the best treatment plan for each client—in order to deal with the specific deficits identified by their complaint survey dataset. The ADAMS Profile provides the clinician with decision support treatment options for each cognitive complaint. All of the treatment options are time-tested and proven strategies for addressing common cognitive problems.

5. Re-Evaluations. Multiple-Use accounts allow the client and observers to be re-evaluated after the Clinician has had time to implement their Treatment Plan. The Cognitive Complaint Survey can be taken again—as many times as necessary—to see if the treatment interventions are effective, and to track the client's treatment progress over time. This allows the clinician or therapist to adjust the treatment regime based upon measurable, behavioral results.

6. Long-Term Treatment Management. The ADAMS Profile system has been designed from the ground up to assist in both the accurate diagnosis of neurocognitive deficits and support the long-term management of treatment interventions for persons with traumatic or acquired brain injury.

To assist in the process of cognitive rehabilitation, our system logs the initial "baseline" dataset, and then compares each re-evaluation dataset to this baseline—helping Clinicians measure and track the client's rehabilitation progress.

This system provides both numerical and visual feedback on each client's progress for long-term treatment management.

We recommend purchasing Multiple-Use accounts for long-term evaluations and treatment for any given patient or client.

Please note that Single-Use accounts can be upgraded to Multiple-Use accounts at any time!

Multiple-Use accounts are recommended for the most effective cognitive deficit treatment.

Additional notes about ADAMS Profile accounts:

• "Accounts" are another way of referring to clients or patients within a clinician's or therapist's practice.

• One client account will contain all of the survey data for that client, plus all observer survey data—referred to as a "Client Dataset."

• This one account, or Client Dataset, will contain data from all initial surveys for this client (from family members, friends and co-workers, and in some cases the clinician/therapist themself). If you have purchased the Multiple-Use accounts, this dataset will also include all subsequent surveys for re-evaluations, progress monitoring, treatment evaluations, etc., to help evaluate, monitor, and adjust a treatment regime.

• Accounts purchased at this time will be active in the ADAMS Profile system for 1 full year (12 months) from the date of activation, not from the date of purchase. Accounts may be activated at any time after purchase. Accounts cannot "expire" before their use. However, purchased accounts are non-refundable. Accounts cannot be refunded once the purchase is complete.

• You will be notified automatically when accounts approach the end of their one-year term. Account renewals can be requested and paid for through your Client Management panel within the ADAMS Profile system.

• All 1-year account renewals are priced at their original cost. Renewals may be purchased as many times as is necessary for any given client account. As part of our HIPPA compliance, please note that the client dataset belongs to the client and "travels" with the client during and after formal treatment.
